During a mindfulness introduction program at Nissarana Vanaya, 74 participants (Teachers, Deputy Principals and Principals) representing 26 Sinhala Medium schools and 3 Tamil medium schools, Sati Pasala was presented.

In response to an invitation sent by the Ministry of Education, about 80 Principals & Heads of International & Private schools attended the Sati Pasela introduction program at the Light of Asia Foundation.
Sati Pasela facilitators visited Gurukula National College on 16th March 2017. In this program, about 130 students from grade 6, 7, 8 and 9 were guided to practice mindful walking.
At the Light of Asia Foundation on the 6th March, about 75 National Schools Principals/Vice Principals and about 25 Deans of the National Colleges of Education, joined for the Sati Pasela Mindfulness Teacher Educators program.

About 50 teachers and 10 university academic staff participated in a special mindfulness program conducted by Venerable Dhammajiva Tero as part of Sati Sarasaviya. The program was organized by the Matara Bhodhi Arakshaka Sabha.
